Just a note:

This website is created by marketing freelancers to help promote the Derm10 and D'10 skincare range. Our main role is to help you find Derm10 or D'10 skincare centres near you. If there are no salons available near your area or you would like to have the products sent directly to your doorsteps, we'll be glad to be of service.

Kindly note that we do not offer discounts as it would be unethical and unfair to the skincare salons carrying the Derm10 and D'10 brand.

How to order

1. Fill in the order form at the top of the page.

2. For the Item Code, please fill in according to the following format:

Product name x amount (eg. Cleansing Complex x 2)

3. We will email you to confirm your order latest by the next working day, along together with the payment details.

4. Once payment has been received, shipment will take place by the next working day (except for Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).

6. Wait for your parcel to arrive within the next 3 working days/ We will call you to arrange a meeting place for Cash Upon Delivery customers.

Terms & Conditions

1. All items sold are brand new and in excellent condition.

2. No refunds or exchanges/ cancellation or changes of order after transactions are made.

3. Payment must be made within 3 days of confirmation. Otherwise, order will be deemed cancelled.

4. Goods will be mailed immediately upon received payment (with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).

5. Buyers are to bear all shipping cost (we use courier services):

For purchase less than Rm500: RM 8 (W/Malaysia) ; RM 12 (E/Malaysia) ;

For purchase above RM500 items: FOC delivery (nationwide)

International customers: Delivery charges to be confirmed upon order confirmation

Estimate arrival period: within 3 working days. Receipt number from logistic provider will be emailed to you for your reference.

6. We will not be held responsible over any lost or damaged goods during delivery.

7. Cash On Delivery (COD) can be arrange at the following areas:

- SS2, PJ area

- Ampang

- Cheras

- Bangsar
